Guess! What it is! Yes, you got me right. It’s HUNGER. If you are looking forward to losing weight, you are going nowhere near by 'Not eating'. Dieting is not, “No Eating”. No, not at all. Instead, it is eating the right things at the right times. You do not have to refrain from eating, but from unhealthy eating. Also, you don’t have to take medications like fat burners to lose weight. The secret and the biggest formula is, “No one diet fits all”. So, it’s a complex choice of how and which diet to choose to lose weight.

With the will that I can and I will, get set to scrape the extra with no magic pill, but with the perfect fill. Even while following a diet plan, you should not be feeling or be suffering from malnutrition or disease in any way. You need to understand that you are not a patient but a living being who wants to live healthily. And that once you are fit and healthy, you can strive hard to roll the ball or kick the goal or do whatever you like to achieve with a healthy life. This fitness module is possible only with balanced nutrition while not gaining extra calories. So, the foods that are dense in nutrition while thin on calorie counts are the most preferred ones for weight loss. Moreover, weight loss depends a lot on an increase in the metabolic rate, while not eating or eating less with great gaps slows down the metabolism. So, if you were intending at achieving weight loss without eating, you are instead at the verge of putting on more.
As many are the people, as many are the opinions, and as many are the diets and the plans. But you have to choose the one that fits in your regimen and ensures to make you fit. An appropriate diet plan that will work in perfect synchronization with your body chemistry, digestion and metabolism processes has to be picked up. Various modules have been designed keeping in mind all these considerations in various populations.
Weight maintenance needs the input of a certain amount of calories daily. Whatever be your current weight, you need 2000 calories daily to stay at the same weight if you are a woman and 2500 calories if you are a man. For weight loss, you have to restrict this intake or/and burn the extra calories to reach the desired figure of your weight measure. For weight loss as a general rule, a reduction of 500 calories daily can bring on the weight loss and also keep your system in working condition. So, the intake count gets 1500 for women and 2000 for men.
Your fight for weight loss should not be through a hunger strike, but by eating right. From your weight, if you wish to shed significant figures, it has to be attained by eating the right things in the right measures.
